Dropped off my vehicle at the pre-arranged time and was met by Troy. Reviewed the maintenance and recall item and it wasn't long before I was in a shuttle back to my office. Troy called back at the estimated completion time and I was told my vehicle was ready and it was another quick shuttle ride back to pick up my vehicle. I appreciated that the technician that worked on my vehicle also reviewed some items with me and that I was e-mailed a copy of the invoice before I was even picked up by the shuttle. Thanks! Not the service I was expecting I had bought a vehicle with them previously and had a wonderful experience, so I went back years later to buy my next car. Too many people got involved in the sale and promises were made that I was told had been approved by the manager, but hadn't - too many cooks in the kitchen. When it came time to sign the papers, I was told that what had been promised couldn't be delivered - very unprofessional and surprising based on my previous experience. If I had been left to deal with the one rep and the one manager - they could have saved a lot of confusion, my trust in their dealership, and the sale. I felt bad for Dan and Jay, because they were left to deal with the mess the other sales rep created for them - and my expectations that they now couldn't meet. At the end of the day mistakes were made, but they weren't mine- as a customer I asked all the questions and got answers to what I was looking for - so as a dealership you should have delivered on what was promised despite the miscommunication between your own staff.
