I've always been impressed by Gateway's professional, personable staff, the courtesy of it's drivers (they drive you home and pick you up), and the reception unit which provides breakfast and coffee service should you need it. I was impressed by the fact that I was persuaded that there were some items I asked for were not needed, saving me some dollars, i.e. it was obvious Gateway was not out to screw me! All in all an enjoyable experience, the 4th such visit I have made since I purchased my Camry in 2014. Keep it up guys. More

I can only afford so much at one time, they always work with me on what is urgent and work with my budget, never pushy. My vehicle decided not to start today, when I called them they got it in within an hour and fixed the same day. I live on the Northend and work in St. Albert-so this location is nowhere convenient for me, but I would never trust my vehicle to anyone else. If I could give them 10 stars I would. My brothers now take their vehicles there and in the future I will be purchasing another Toyota from them. Great service, always friendly and efficient. Thank you Toyota Gateway! More
