Dear jojo19, We are sorry to hear about your frustrations. We found your file from your user name and you did indeed purchase the synthetic Oil Changes For Life. You still have this on file with us and do not need to pay for it elsewhere. Your Oil Changes are FREE at Freeway and will continue to be as long as you own the vehicle. After further investigation I think the discrepancy was the vehicle you purchased originally came with conventional oil and the service technicians were replacing the fluid with the factory weight and grade. None the less you paid for premium and should have gotten in without any hassles. The credit offered was the retail difference between the two oils. I hope you will consider us next time you need anything for your Mazda. Our apologies, Team Freeway
