Dealing with the team at Freeway Mazda service is always a great experience. Every visit, whether it's Darren, Noah, or Bryan assisting me, I receive a warm welcome and excellent care. I can confidently say that I, along with my car, are in capable hands. While Bryan is my usual go-to guy, my most recent service had me working with Noah, who, as always, was swift, efficient, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. Noah kept me informed about the status of my vehicle and provided an estimated completion time with regular phone updates. While I understand that this level of service is part of their job, whether it's Noah, Darren, or Bryan, there's always a personal touch that makes you feel like you're among friends. I've dealt with various service departments from different brands, but the service at Freeway Mazda stands out on a whole new level. Other brands should take note. I have no problem recommending those 3 from the service department at Freeway. More

We love the service at Freeway Mazda. Everyone is friendly and always helpful. We've never seen a grumpy employee here since 2006 when we bought our first Mazda!
