Since CoVid, I will say that the quality of things has definitely decreased. I called and emailed multiple times to make a maintenance appointment and it took 2 weeks before I was able to get in touch wit definitely decreased. I called and emailed multiple times to make a maintenance appointment and it took 2 weeks before I was able to get in touch with someone. The staff that I deal with are always friendly and explain things to me in a way that I understand. I also miss the free car wash and the "thank you" card with mints that they'd leave on my dash after the service. The service is good, but the things that made it exceptional are no longer being done. More
