Awesome experience I have to say that Arne is the best! He's very friendly, patient and honest, He took the time to answer all of our questions, made sure that my wife I have to say that Arne is the best! Not once did he rush or pressure us to make a sale. We found him super easy to deal with. We had been to a different dealer the day before and had to walk out during negotiations. The price they presented us was higher than the advertised price, they deflected and wouldnt answer our questions, they quoted us a price without and fees or taxes and then insisted on negotiating based on monthly payments instead of OTD price. So we got up and left. Too bad because they were only 5 minutes from our house. None of this at Freeway. The entire negotiation was low stress, honest and above board. We delt with OTD price only, they threw in some accesories at no extra cost and not once did they try to pressure us. 20 minutes after we sat down, we had a deal hammered out. Freeway Mazda is approx 25-30 minutes of highway driving + toll bridge from our place, while 3 other dealers are 5-15 minutes closer, but I'm glad we decided to go. More
