A very pleasant purchase experience. I went to Freeway Mazda because it was on my way to test drive a RAV4 Hybrid. I had previously looked at the 2016 CX5 twice at another Mazda dealer. I I went to Freeway Mazda because it was on my way to test drive a RAV4 Hybrid. I had previously looked at the 2016 CX5 twice at another Mazda dealer. I thought I would buy from that dealership because that’s where I bought and service my old Mazda from 2000 to 2008. Marc came up to me while I was checking out the interior with a nice greeting. I requested for a test drive and he was very attentive. I asked for a test drive through a long stretch of construction zone with lots of broken pavements. He was able to find one. At the end Freeway Mazda gave me a quote. I was clear at the beginning that I would test drive a RAV4 Hybrid before making any decisions. Marc and his manager respected my decision and he was not like those pushy salesmen littered in every car dealership. After the back-to-back test drives on the same roads, I chose the CX5. I thought about checking out 2 other Mazda dealers that are much closer to where I live. In the end I decided not to because of the respect and professionalism Marc exhibits. A very pleasant purchase experience. More

I was referred to Marc Aliangan who arranged to have the vehicle ready for a test drive the next day. Throughout our dealings Marc was very engaging, friendly ,knowledgeable and professional. There was no high pressure tactics or negotiating " games ", and we reached an agreement in a very short time. When I picked up my car the next day it was spotless, fuelled and ready to go.Marc made ire of this and took the time to give me a mini-tutorial on the cars systems and even synced my phone for me. Awesome experience I have to say that Arne is the best! He's very friendly, patient and honest, He took the time to answer all of our questions, made sure that my wife I have to say that Arne is the best! He's very friendly, patient and honest, He took the time to answer all of our questions, made sure that my wife was compeltely comfortable with the car. Not once did he rush or pressure us to make a sale. We found him super easy to deal with. We had been to a different dealer the day before and had to walk out during negotiations. The price they presented us was higher than the advertised price, they deflected and wouldnt answer our questions, they quoted us a price without and fees or taxes and then insisted on negotiating based on monthly payments instead of OTD price. So we got up and left. Too bad because they were only 5 minutes from our house. None of this at Freeway. The entire negotiation was low stress, honest and above board. We delt with OTD price only, they threw in some accesories at no extra cost and not once did they try to pressure us. 20 minutes after we sat down, we had a deal hammered out. Freeway Mazda is approx 25-30 minutes of highway driving + toll bridge from our place, while 3 other dealers are 5-15 minutes closer, but I'm glad we decided to go. More
