I originally purchased my Explorer from Freedom Ford and that is why I brought it to their service department when it needed a few issues resolved, I dealt with Roxanne and she was awesome, my issues resolved, I was very happy to find a place and a person I felt I could trust, which to me is a big deal when you hear of all the less than reputable stuff that goes on.
A year and some later I was having some problems with my front end as well a recall which was issued for my vehicle. Needless to say I was going to have to bring my vehicle in to get serviced once again, I was worried because I heard Freedom Ford had new owners and I did not know if Roxanne was still there. ( I have had some really crappy experiences at other dealers in the past) When I arrived with my vehicle for my service appointment I ended up dealing with a new to me person and I was skeptical. I did not see Roxanne, the guy I was dealing with was nice enough when he took all of my information but with new owners and a new service advisor it felt like it would be a crap shoot to get the same kind of service I received last time from Roxanne and the rest of the service department.
To my absolute relief Eric Irion the service advisor I was dealing with gave me a call the same day to explain everything they found wrong with my vehicle and assured me that it was all looked after, the best news is it was all covered by my extended warranty. Eric set up their shuttle to pick me up to bring me back to to the dealership to pick up my vehicle, the shuttle was right on time, on arrival it took about 5 minutes to wrap things up and I got my vehicle back. My worries where all gone, Eric was great, I felt he treated me like a valued customer which really is a rare experience and it felt great to drive my explorer knowing it was all fixed up. Thank You Eric and the people that worked on my vehicle for taking my worries away, I would also like to thank Greg the shuttle driver for his great service.
