"Liars terrible experiance with body shop and service"

Avoid this place if at all possible they will do terrible work to covince you to trade in to buy a new vehicle. They took 4 months to fix my vehicle and most jobs done are still not done correctly over spray on new paint. Paint from dirty hands all over headliner brakes dangerously assembled

"Recall service appointment"

I booked an appointment for my car to have a recall notice fixed. They took my information including the recall number and details of my car. The day before my appointment I received a confirmation e-mail reminding me of my appointment. I drove to the dealership from work to drop my car off and I had a fellow worker follow me in order to drive me back to work. When I tried to drop my car off the Service Advisor told me the parts were not on order yet and could be 3-4 weeks away yet. So my question is WHY would you take all my information and not make sure the parts are there for the job? They wasted my time, my fellow workers time and the Service Advisor I seen that morning. Not impressed by the way this was dealt with at all!

Stopped in just before New Years when my engine light came on. Roxanne was very helpful and.booked me in for an appointment on New Year's Eve. Service was great and I was pleased to see that Clarence is back. Now I will be back as well.

"Dont be surprised if they overbook you"

Shuttle was over booked so 1hr late to work. Oil change, inspection and small recall repair promised to be completed in 3hrs, took 10hrs. Due to overbooking they confessed. Shuttle had to get me 2hrs early from work so I could wait around their coffee room for over an hour till my truck was done. First world problems? Maybe. But I cant shake the feeling that any price paid for a new vehicle is way to much. The staff I dealt with were great. They were run off their feet. The schmuck who does the scheduling, needs a beating.

"With new Dealer Principal come very poor service!!"

This dealership used to have amazing service, but not anymore....2nd last service I had brought my vehicle in for they told me my oil change and tire rotation service would be an hour to an hour and twenty minutes...after sitting over two hours and twenty minutes in the waiting room I went and asked why the wait (no one will come inform you of the delay)...They replied it will be done soon...so after another forty five minutes it was done...if i had known it would now be three hours I would have taken the shuttle home. So on Nov 6th I had another service appt. This time I decided I would drop it off and take the shuttle home. I brought in my vehicle at 7:50 am for my 8:00 appt. I put my name in for the shuttle. After waiting an hour and a half for the shuttle I went to ask what the problem is and they said there is no shuttle here right now. I said my truck should be done so i'll take it home. They said it hasn't been in the shop yet...I finally got a shuttle after two hours waiting. I told them when i came in that my passenger door on my 2018 F150 limited was not unlocking and i'm having door issues...also not wanting to close and latch. There is a recall on freezing concerns on doors. When I finally got my truck back at 5:00 pm they said they didn't have time to look at the doors...unbelievable...also i never filled my window washer reservoir due to my truck going in for service as they fill it...but nope, didn't fill it... Last service i put in a complaint and they never phoned my back...lady was surprised...i'm not... I now went into Sherwood Ford today and booked my truck in for the recall on my doors...tomorrow at 1145... I was told that with the new greedy Dealer Principal at Freedom Ford they are overbooking and customer service is not a concern...50 people waiting for shuttles in the morning with only two vehicles...heard the employees are not happy...directly from two employees...Not from my service advisor. She was pleasant and nothing was directly related to her doing her job. Save your time and take your vehicle somewhere else!!!

"Great Service Team at Freedom Ford"

I had been having repeated problems with the "lurching" that was occurring with my 2015 Ford F150. I took it to a Ford dealership and they advised that yes, the lurch was very apparent but that they had made an "adjustment" and that it was now "as good as it was going to get!". I had the vehicle back in a couple more times and on one occasion they replaced a pump in the transmission. The problem only got worse. On each visit to the Service Dept I received the same answer - there was nothing they could do about it - even though it did not do that when I bought it. The response didn't make sense. It was recommended by a friend that I take the vehicle in to Freedom Ford. Lornel and his staff (Kami was excellent) have a reputation of have not only great service, but experienced mechanics. It didn't take them long to realize that the original pump replacement had been done incorrectly and the result was a significant amount of transmission damage. Lornel and Kami made sure that I was apprised at every step and when I got the vehicle back, it was as good as new! A big thank you to the Freedom Ford Team and rest assured, that when I next need servicing you will be top of mind.

"Was a bit worried at the beginning......"

I originally purchased my Explorer from Freedom Ford and that is why I brought it to their service department when it needed a few issues resolved, I dealt with Roxanne and she was awesome, my issues resolved, I was very happy to find a place and a person I felt I could trust, which to me is a big deal when you hear of all the less than reputable stuff that goes on. A year and some later I was having some problems with my front end as well a recall which was issued for my vehicle. Needless to say I was going to have to bring my vehicle in to get serviced once again, I was worried because I heard Freedom Ford had new owners and I did not know if Roxanne was still there. ( I have had some really crappy experiences at other dealers in the past) When I arrived with my vehicle for my service appointment I ended up dealing with a new to me person and I was skeptical. I did not see Roxanne, the guy I was dealing with was nice enough when he took all of my information but with new owners and a new service advisor it felt like it would be a crap shoot to get the same kind of service I received last time from Roxanne and the rest of the service department. To my absolute relief Eric Irion the service advisor I was dealing with gave me a call the same day to explain everything they found wrong with my vehicle and assured me that it was all looked after, the best news is it was all covered by my extended warranty. Eric set up their shuttle to pick me up to bring me back to to the dealership to pick up my vehicle, the shuttle was right on time, on arrival it took about 5 minutes to wrap things up and I got my vehicle back. My worries where all gone, Eric was great, I felt he treated me like a valued customer which really is a rare experience and it felt great to drive my explorer knowing it was all fixed up. Thank You Eric and the people that worked on my vehicle for taking my worries away, I would also like to thank Greg the shuttle driver for his great service.

"regular service and purchase/install new winter tires"

Came in for my regular service of my Escape and to purchase and have installed new snow tires. The staff was wonderful and worked with Roxanne to get everything in place. My car was ready right when it was promised, in fact it was finished a touch early. The snow tires that were recommended have been great so far. Always a pleasant experience working with Freedom Ford.
