Worst Dealership Freedom ford is the worst dealership I have ever deal with. I went there to look a vehicle. Firstly they gave us a fair deal and promised us to deliver our vehicle within 2-3 days well since after a week they couldn't arrange a vehicle. And they were making lame excuses that they will bring vehicle today or tomorrow. They were making excuses they are taking with other dealerships to get a vehicle for us. As I was buying a new vehicle so I sold my old one and now I don't have a ride because of them. Now they are saying they couldn't arrange vehicle for me. Even during the period I tried to call them but they were not answering my calls even they never call me back. I visit there place three times and everytime giving me same lame excuse we are arranging vehicle for you. I nerver gonna suggest this dealership to anyone More

Overall a good experience I dropped my vehicle off for "The Works" ie oil change etc and swapping the winter tires for summer. The job was supposed to take 1 hour and they wer I dropped my vehicle off for "The Works" ie oil change etc and swapping the winter tires for summer. The job was supposed to take 1 hour and they were to call my cell when done. I was in the showroom having a coffee (which is very nice by the way). When I saw the person who had been ahead of me get a call and leave, I waited until 1 1/4 hours had passed, still with no phone call and then went to the Mobile Express Office. My car was sitting on the lot and ready to go. After a brief wait behind 2 previous customers, the customer service person printed my paperwork and told me about a part that could be replaced in the future. She was pleasant and I paid and was on my way. This visit took a bit longer than in past visits, but all in all was okay. More

Great deal but more important great service From first contact to the moment we left the lot in our new vehicle the service and experience was second to none. I spoke with Shane earlier in the d From first contact to the moment we left the lot in our new vehicle the service and experience was second to none. I spoke with Shane earlier in the day, told him exactly what my wife was looking for and when we pulled into the parking lot the exact vehicle she was looking for was sitting there waiting for us. Actually it was above and beyond what we were looking for. We went for a quick test drive and decided this was the right vehicle for us. The "no pressure" approach made the decision to buy even easier. Even waiting for the financing and other paperwork to get done felt great as the atmosphere was very laid back and welcoming. Every person we dealt with along the way was very professional and more importantly very nice and made the experience of buying a new vehicle so seamless and actually enjoyable. I would absolutley recommend going to Freedom Ford to anyone who would ask. Again, big thanks to Shane and everyone at Freedom Ford for a fantastic vehicle and more importantly an amazing experience! Right from the beginning he was more than willing to accommodate my busy schedule and brought me a vehicle to test drive right to the gym. After deciding to purchase he helped coordinate everyone's on his teams efforts to make the time I had was used efficiently. He took extra care to make sure the vehicle was delivered perfectly, even giving it a final buff while I finalized documents. The time he took to show me the technical features was especially appreciated, making it easy to use and understand.
