No pressure sales - what a nice change! I was not really clear on what kind of vehicle I was looking for, other than possibly a truck. Chris took so much time to explain things to me and fi I was not really clear on what kind of vehicle I was looking for, other than possibly a truck. Chris took so much time to explain things to me and figure out what I would like. He never applied any pressure to purchase; rather, he was focused on ensuring I had a positive experience. That made the difference! When you don't have to worry about sales tricks you can simply focus on the experience and finding the right vehicle. Chris was quite open about being new in the role and he welcomed the assistance of other employees and the Manager when he needed it rather than wing it. I would highly recommend Chris to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. I have never felt so comfortable and satisfied with purchasing a vehicle. Great job! More

a witness of my freind buying a new truck my freind and i accidently passed by freedom ford. he said why we just stop by and see what they have...(a freind of ours bought a new car from them r my freind and i accidently passed by freedom ford. he said why we just stop by and see what they have...(a freind of ours bought a new car from them recently, so we were told about them but not much). we walked in and met the old guy..... three hours later, my freind took his new truck home. we were not planing buying anything before. it just happened. i dont know what i should say....about the old man? one word.....AMAZING!!!! extremly knowledge and patient and freindly...... my freind got his new truck and super happy and satisfied. unfortunatly, i dont get my ideal deal....but i still very satisfied his service. the whole dealer was lately closed and just for serving us..... although i didnt have my new truck,i still have to speek it out....it is truth...... For me, whether or not can get ideal deal from them, i will still refer my freinds who want buy new cars to ED....and Ken... More
