No pressure sales - what a nice change! I was not really clear on what kind of vehicle I was looking for, other than possibly a truck. Chris took so much time to explain things to me and fi I was not really clear on what kind of vehicle I was looking for, other than possibly a truck. Chris took so much time to explain things to me and figure out what I would like. He never applied any pressure to purchase; rather, he was focused on ensuring I had a positive experience. That made the difference! When you don't have to worry about sales tricks you can simply focus on the experience and finding the right vehicle. Chris was quite open about being new in the role and he welcomed the assistance of other employees and the Manager when he needed it rather than wing it.
