truck issues so the poeple are nice and patient roxanne was a helpful lady and the mechanic grant was understanding But the service seem to lack in problem solvin so the poeple are nice and patient roxanne was a helpful lady and the mechanic grant was understanding But the service seem to lack in problem solving of a noise and i felt that if they found something that wasnt factory they used it as a scape goat after telling me my truck ran perfect but made the noise then i pointed out my pipes then they said oh well your truck is running abnormally do to aftermarket pipe so bought factory ones then still made the noise... Brought it back and then they said it was my cat back exhuast so did what the mechanic suggested tighten everything still made the noise.. Took it off and still made the noise... And after being in for nearly a month they tell me its all factory sounds considering they said it wasnt a normal sound so i am still in the same boat as i started ... Just not happy with the problem fix.lack of .that costed parts money and my time as well as still having to make do with payments overall not very satisfied More

Regular Service Visit I love the fact that I can make my request on-line, and that they are very fast to respond. Generally speaking, I've never had any issues and everyth I love the fact that I can make my request on-line, and that they are very fast to respond. I booked a service appointment and provided the KM's so they could book me in for the right work. I was quoted 1.5 hours, so I planned to wait. Upon arrival, it was determined that it would really be 2.5 hours, still decided to wait. Got the call at the 3.5 hour mark, saying it would be another hour, no choice but to continue waiting. I arrived at the dealership at 9 and left around 1:30, so blew up my Saturday. I'm counting on this being a one off event, and Roxanne was great trying to fix, expedite and get me out the door. More

Excellent Sales Group. With 6 months of looking and dealing with other dealerships, Freedom Ford was by far the easiest to deal with!
