Slow! Brought my Escape in at 9:19 for an oil change and tire rotation and left at 13:42 (these times are straight off my Invoice. This was ridiculous! Mr. Lube could have had me out in 30 min! Also, I SPECIFICALLY asked if there would be someone available THAT day to look at my transmission noise and the girl that booked me in assured me there would be. Guess what?? The effort to go above and beyond in assisting my husband and I was phenomenal and they accommodated the day to fit my newborns feeding schedule. We actually prefer to only deal with Mr.Frig and as being a previous Jeep family, we took took the leap and followed him into the Ford line as we know he always looks out for our best interests. I was very impressed with the level of service from the finance department. There was no pressure and she made sure we were fully covered with warranty to ensure we were taken care of going forward. Great customer service and knowledgeable staff I walked into the dealership with the intention of buying a used vehicle. I know Mike Himer as a family friend and he lead us in the right direction r I walked into the dealership with the intention of buying a used vehicle. As I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted, the process was initiated in a professional, informative, directional manner. Mike introduced us to Chris who helped us with the purchase. Chris and Mike were so helpful in helping me figure out what I wanted in a new vehicle. Their interest in finding the perfect vehicle and professionalism really showed. I was able to make my decision quickly and confidently thanks to their help. Kristen is so friendly and personable, she really helped finalize and gave us all the information we needed at the end of it all.
