Slow! Brought my Escape in at 9:19 for an oil change and tire rotation and left at 13:42 (these times are straight off my Invoice. This was ridiculous! Mr. Lube could have had me out in 30 min! Also, I SPECIFICALLY asked if there would be someone available THAT day to look at my transmission noise and the girl that booked me in assured me there would be. Guess what?? No transmission tech was working Nov 5. Sorry to complain but I do NOT want to come back if simple services take this long. Feel free to call 780.913.4889 More
