We actually prefer to only deal with Mr.Frig and as being a previous Jeep family, we took took the leap and followed him into the Ford line as we know he always looks out for our best interests. I was very impressed with the level of service from the finance department. There was no pressure and she made sure we were fully covered with warranty to ensure we were taken care of going forward.
