The Best Service ever! From the very first phone call from him I was amazed at the customer caring that I received this time dealing with Freedom Ford. From trying to match my budget, to wanting to get me into an escape (I have fibromyalgia and getting in and out of my focus was painful) to getting the financing I was extremely satisfied. Arlene and Jordan were also very helpful in the financing and paperwork, explained everything to me, did not talk down to me as some have in other dealerships I was truly grateful and amazed at the level of professionalism. Arlene explained the oil change service where I can earn points towards future oil changes or other items. I will DEFINITELY be letting others know that this is the dealership they should come to for friendly, helpful professional advise. If there was a rating for best sales experience ever, I would definitely nominate these 3 individuals! More
Buying my new 2016 F-150 When our Edmonton weather went into a cold snap I found I couldn't keep my 2010 F-150 Lariat warm, so I drove in for service the morning of Tuesday De When our Edmonton weather went into a cold snap I found I couldn't keep my 2010 F-150 Lariat warm, so I drove in for service the morning of Tuesday Dec 6 and was taken care of very efficiently by Roxanne. Within a few hours it was diagnosed as a problem with the blender motor and the motorized door gates under the dashboard. As well a left rear door ajar sensor and interior light problem was traced to a broken wiring harness in the door. The repairs were going to be over $ 2000 - 2500, plus there were paint flaking and other bodywork issues. As I had around 290,000 KM on the truck I decided to just go ahead and replace it with another F-150. Roxanne put me in touch with the sales department and I was greeted by Sabin while I was looking at new models in the showroom. Sabin showed me the models in the showroom and notified Mike Himer that I was considering trading in the 2010 and Mike and Arvind then worked with Roxanne to see what they could offer me for my trade-in. Sabin started researching inventory to match my wants and needs. As I frequently haul long trailers, I require the telescopic trailer mirrors as well as the heavy duty trailer towing package and the recommended 355 rear end option.. That telescopic mirror requirement eliminated most of the inventory right away, but Sabin and Mike searched inventory in other lots and found me a new 2016 with the appearance options I wanted and the features I need. Jeff Tran went through extended warranty options with me, and took my down payment by credit card, and within a few minutes I got to my bank for a bank draft for the full balance and the deal was done. The next morning Sabin called to let me know the truck had arrived from the other Ford Dealer's yard and was cleaned and ready to drive away once they transferred my license plate for me. The one item not on the truck was the box extender option which I frequently used on my 2010, so that was back-ordered and has now ( Monday Dec 12) arrived at the dealership for me. I was very satisfied with both the service department first and then the sales department once I decided to go with a new truck. Mike arranged to absorb the service bill on the 2010 trade-in and we negotiated the final price. As every hockey player ever interviewed on TV says: " It's a team effort. Everyone gave 110 % " More

New Tires I took my 2015 F-150 King Ranch for a set of tire. The Rep told me a price over the phone then when i pick up the truck the cost is 300.00 dollors mor I took my 2015 F-150 King Ranch for a set of tire. The Rep told me a price over the phone then when i pick up the truck the cost is 300.00 dollors more. She then proceeds to tell me that i was told about the balancing and labour. I was not told that at all because for the money they charged me I would have put on a better tire .She insisted that she told me and basically called me a LIAR. Then after I warned her to be carefull with the rims , as that was the reason I was going to Ford as i dont trust anyone with my truck. They destroyed the rims all the way around ALL FOUR RIMS. The tires have never been of the truck. I asked the REP about the damage , she took pictures, no manger around,and said she would call in the morning. Several hours into the next day I call her. NO one answers or calls back. When I do get a hold of the REP I am told that the TIRE guy said they were all like that. Its a brand new truck not a scratch on it. Now my rims are shot So then I have another meeting with some other persons in the company. The whole time I am there he is not saying that the damage on the rims is from the new tires being mounted. Any one in the right mind can see that it was from the R and R of the tires. He proceeds to tell me that he will get rims under warranty. I tell him I am not concerned how he gets the rims as long as this gets resolved. Over a month goes by, they send me and email and tell me that they are not going to do anything for me. Well goes to show that they got my money for the tires, I am called a LIAR from the service yep, and by the tire installer by saying that the rims were like that when they came in, again I am called a liar. the worst service and treatment I have ever had from anybody or a company. I will not ever go there for anything ever again. As well as anyone whom knows me. I am not done with this issue as of yet. they will reconcile this problem More
