Very friendly, helpful & efficient! I drove in & Eric came out & we discussed a couple of things & then he said he could take the car in right away for the oil change & that it would be I drove in & Eric came out & we discussed a couple of things & then he said he could take the car in right away for the oil change & that it would be ready in 1 - 1&1/2 hours, which it was. When I returned Eric wasn't there but Corie helped me right away. She efficiently checked our file & we settled everything. I asked a question about the remote starter & she came out to my car, on a very cold day, & explained it to me, which no one else had done. Thank you, thank you 😊, Corie. Poor Service Been happy since buying my new Ford from Freedom, salesman was great and up till now, was happy with the service. Was always able to call and get an appointment quickly as was the case this time. The difference this time is I booked on the phone and laid out what I wanted done with my truck and a problem I had been having with it as well which I wanted checked, I forget who I talked with on the phone, but when I drove into the bay, Blair met me. When I told him what was going on, he immediately dismissed my concerns and said that they would not check the diagnostics, something I did not agree with. At the desk, he went on to erase the work order I had called in and do what he wanted, telling me far out stories of everyone trying to rip off Ford for years. He also received a call from another customer while I was sitting there and when he got off the phone proceeded to complain about her to me, weird. It turns out I was correct about the checking the diagnostics after all as I made him do it as I said I can get an oil change anywhere. I also asked for all the service checks to be done for the mileage of the vehicle as well as to top off the DEF fluid as it was reading below half full. He probably forgot to write this all down as I don't think he listened to a xxxx thing I said. I bought this very expensive truck for reliability for myself and my kids for all trips, short and long. After my service we left for a trip out of town and I checked my info center. DEF fluid still below half full, while on the ride alarm for change oil/oil filter and fuel filter. Did I even get an oil change done? xxxxty service equals never buying a vehicle from your dealership again as well. More

Excellent Service I've been using Freedom since I purchased my truck. Service center is painless, easy to book and arrange. The people at the desks are friendly, help I've been using Freedom since I purchased my truck. Service center is painless, easy to book and arrange. The people at the desks are friendly, helpful and they provide options and alternatives with regards to the service required. I've only had a bad experience one time due to work taking longer than estimated , but they are diligent with communication, so that delays and little things don't become major things. More
