I'm incredibly excited to have traded up from my '13 Focus ST to a '15 Mustang GT and to continue to get my service done at Freedom. I've genuinely had a great experience in all areas of this dealership. I really wouldn't go to another dealer personally and I've referred my friends for their service and helped a buddy get in on a great deal on his F150. Simply put, Freedom is the best Ford dealer in Edmonton area in my humble opinion and they continue to earn my business for all the right reasons. Excellent friendly competent service I was called to remind me that it was time for a service which I was able to set up for a convenient time for me. I was offered a shuttle service if I was called to remind me that it was time for a service which I was able to set up for a convenient time for me. I was offered a shuttle service if needed. I chose to remain in the waiting room. Roxanne was very helpful and friendly. She explained what service was due and asked if I had any concerns. I mentioned my Bluetooth was not working well. She told me my options and said she would personally check out the first solution. She told me how long the wait would be and again asked if I required the shuttle service. My car was ready in the time she had told me it would take. She solved the Bluetooth glitch and showed me what to do to sinc my phone. Roxanne also told me to give her a call if there were any problems with anything. She explained the service points . She had also reviewed with me what the service entailed. All was very satisfactory and I drove home feeling well taken care of. More
