My name is Stephanie and I just want to start off by saying buying a vehicle from Freedom Fords was the best decision I've ever made! I was browsing online for a used vehicle and I came accross a Ford F saying buying a vehicle from Freedom Fords was the best decision I've ever made! I had checked out a couple used dealerships previously but didn't have much hope in getting something that I would love for years to come and that was affordable, until I went to Freedom Fords website and contacted Jason. He assured me that I could get the car I desired and be driving it off the lot in no time, and sure enough wihin a few days Jason was on his way to pick me up to cross the t's and dot the I's and be on my way! Of course me being me didn't have all the paper work I needed so he took me to the bank we got some forms and then him being the gentleman that he is took me out for lunch. Already I wad amazed at how well I was being treated as I was always a sceptic towards dealerships and cars salesman but Freedom Fords showed me that not all dealerships are looking to just make a quick buck. So after we filled our bellys we went back to the office filled out some paper work, went and got my insurance and then back to the office to take my blue beauty home! Jason even sent me home with some goodies to remind me of my unforgettable trip to Ford mug, shirt, hat :) So after all that being said of coure I highly recommend any one looking for a new or used vehicle go check out Freedom Fords and don't forget to ask for Jason! I am from calgary and one day i was looking online for a used car because i wanted to trade in my truck that i no longer needed at the moment. i came across a lot of dealerships with the vehicle i was looki used car because i wanted to trade in my truck that i no longer needed at the moment. i came across a lot of dealerships with the vehicle i was looking for (chrysler 300). Then i came across freedom ford which had the vehicle i was looking for in the color black and for a reasonable price. i drove down the following weekend to look at the vehicle and take it for a test drive and i was dealing with jason spithakis at the time. He was great becuase not only did he help me out with getting the car that i wanted but he also helped me get more for my vehicle by doing what he does best. that same day i signed the papers and took off with my new/used car that i was very happy with. in the following weeks i noticed there were a few minor problems that were bugging me while i was driving the vehicle so i called lino marelli (used sales manager) and i explained the problems that were with the car so he totally understood and told me to come back so they can repair the problems. i couldnt believe how great the costumer service is at freedom ford i have been to many dealerships in B.C (home town) and also in alberta and i have never recieved as good of service as the people at freedom ford. Jason, Valdy, and Lino were the three employees of freedom for i worked with to get my vehicle in the shape that i needed it to be very satisfied and i could not ask for more. i would recommend them to anyone who asked me where is the best place to go for used or new vehicles.. getting great deals is one thing but dealing with people like that is something you just cant find anywhere. that is a team that should stick together because when it comes to customer service they all get A++++++++++++ in my books. I will drive 3 hours again if i need anything from a dealership because i know what to expect and 99.9% of the time they can help me figure out what i need. Thank you guys once again at freedom ford for selling me a great vehicle and giving me 100% of your sincerity when it came to fixing it as well. We purchased a pre-owned vehicle at Freedom Ford last year. We had been to a few dealerships, but a friend advised that we check out Freedom Ford because he was impressed with their customer service (he year. Due to some minor credit issues, our interest rate wasn't great... but they got us into a pretty awesome vehicle. A Couple of weeks ago, we got a call from Jason telling us that he'd gone over our file and that we qualified for a better interest rate... significantly better! We came in and met with Jason and were immediately struck by his warmth and sincerity. He was funny, easy going and I truly had the sense that he had our best interests at heart. We drove away that day with a brand new fusion and we love it! Fully loaded, all wheel drive, V6... not to mention the winter tire package promotion they had going on at the time. Jason also gave us the name of a friend who could help us with a remote starter installation - it ended up saving us close to $500 on a new remote start. After only 2 weeks of owning the vehicle, it was struck in a hit and run and the driver's side mirror was torn off. We called Jason in a panic and without hesitation he just took care of everything. Within 30min he called me back to tell me that he had a plan, that he had worked with the boys in parts and in the body shop and that the repairs will be less than our insurance deductible. I've purchased a few vehicles so far (new and used) and I've never come across a sales consultant like Jason. I told him that from now on, he's my "car dude". More

Visited freedom ford on a recommendation from my uncle, and after seeing the new escape. Customer service was top notch as every question I had was answered quickly. James was knowledgable about the car and all it's features, which was a relief after a couple disappointing test drives at gm, Toyota and Lexus . I was amazed at how a few minutes of Internet research had me correcting and pointing out features, specs and configurations to the "professional" trying to sell me a $35000 car !?!? Not the case with James or Gord. They have their ducks in a row and every single aspect of the sale went smooth and correct, the first time . There was absolutely no pressure, and everyone at freedom ford have been exceptionally courteous to date. As I stated I did a lot of research beforehand and the price I got was great along with the advise for setting up financing. James answers emails, calls very quickly and get answers just as fast. I will not hesitate to knock on their door next time I'm in the market for a vehicle. More

We bought a 2009 Ford Escape Hybrid from Andre. We live in BC, and he did all of the negotiations, non pressure, over the phone. It arrived exactly as expected, clean, and we walked away happy! Best dealership we have ever dealt with... and you cannot compare Andre's service to any other salesman. Truly amazing! More
