I knew what I wanted and had good experiences dealing with Freedom Ford in the past. When I got to the used vehicle lot to look at the vehicle I was interested in I was warmly greated by Jake. I apprec with Freedom Ford in the past. When I got to the used vehicle lot to look at the vehicle I was interested in I was warmly greated by Jake. I appreciated being shown the vehicle right away. Within minutes I was able to test drive the vehicle and I found Jake very knowledgeable about the model's features. After I took it for a drive, Jake showed me the other features which I hadn't seen while driving, answered all my questions and then we sat in his office to discuss the price and car proof report. Negotiations were quick and decisive and we agreed on a deal that I felt was fair. After I picked up the vehicle Jake has also followed up with me to be sure I satisfied. I feel confident that i could call Jake with any other questions or problems I might find with the vehicle. Two other points that I really appreciated were the Jake did not try to upsell me and the Finance office while doing their jobs in offering extended warranty, rustproofing, etc. did not make me feel pressured to buy those packages. Overall a satifying purchase experience. More

Our first experience with Freedom Ford was actually very unsettling. We first dealt with Ed Frick and the overall experience was very negative. We ended up leaving Freedom Ford very upset and determined never to go back; however, after bumping into Jason at a gas station, he invited us back to the office promising a better experience. Jason was very pleasant overall to deal with, he is a very friendly and honest salesperson. More concerned for the happiness of the customer (which it should be), rather than trying to squeeze out more money, which most car salesmen do, Jason tried to make sure all the needs that we had were met. I would definitely recommend dealing with Jason if you plan on going to Freedom Ford. For my personal experience, I would rather buy from a dealership where customer support and honesty is highly valued; that being said, I believe Jason to be a great example of what true customer satisfaction entails. It is important to note that my decision to go back and buy from Freedom Ford was solely due to our experience with Jason. More
Our Company's 02 F350 7.3l was stolen on a Friday, I spent all weekend on Kijiji looking for a replacement. Monday came around and I contacted the 4 Trucks I liked, they were all sold over the weekend. I came accross a Freedom Ford add for a used 08 F350 6.4l for around the 18k mark. We are fairly close so I went over there to see the truck, within miutes after arriving I was in the truck test driving. Freedom had gone through the truck front to back and had all the docs to prove. We got back to the office, I made a fair offer for both parties, it was accepted end of story done deal. Litteraly within 1 hour of walking into the dealership all the paper work was done and the truck was mine, if this is not great service I dont know what is. Later on in the evening I noticed the headlights needed to be aligned, one simple email to Jake and I was booked in to adjust. I brought the truck in at 9 and was told by Diana in service it would be done by noon, at 12:15pm I had the truck back. I have dealt with Freedom Ford over the years, not to the extent that I am a regular, but thats just the point! I was treated like a regular customer and everyone there understood I had better things to do with my time. Great service, Awesome truck, Great price and no time wasted driving around looking at everyones vehicle that lay claims of greatness without docs to back. I will surely be doing more business there! I have nothing else to say other than Thanks alot guys / gals at Freedom Ford! More
Very friendly staff with zero pressure to buy a car. We bought our car as they support our local racing community and are close to our house. They are not a chain of high pressure sale dealerships. From the moment we spoke to Jason on the lot, his enthusiasm & experience made us feel comforta from this dealership and are extremely happy with it! From the moment we spoke to Jason on the lot, his enthusiasm & experience made us feel comfortable. The vehicle was thoroughly inspected and ensured to be in great shape before it was sold to us. They were fair in negotiating a price with us. They even touched up a bumper scrape on the vehicle free of charge, and this was greatly appreciated. Jason went out of his way to to install my license plate & order an owners manual free of charge. Only one minor glitch, the tank was only half full, but considering the bumper touch-up we can't really complain. I would highly recommend this dealership and Jason. Our whole experience with Freedom Ford was great! More
We love the service we have received in the 20 plus years of dealing with Freedom Ford, so dealing here was a no-brainer for us. Originally, we were looking for a demo or lease return Ford Escape because we of dealing with Freedom Ford, so dealing here was a no-brainer for us. Originally, we were looking for a demo or lease return Ford Escape because we really like the vehicle and it was time to trade the 2003. We felt we would get the best deal with the 2012. Jason Spithakis really helped make the decision to step into the 2013, yes, a new one, very easy. It has the eco boost, the 2012 did not. We would be saving a lot of money in fuel and driving an eco friendly vehicle. Rebates etc worked out well so that the 2013 was very affordable for us. With the new maintenance programs Anna Marrazzo, the Business Manager showed us we will also be saving money on maintenance too. Jason made sure he knew the new vehicle and its options very well and offered to assist if we had any problems after the sale. He was great at demonstrating the options and answered all our questions to our satisfaction. Would we recommend Jason or the dealership, ABSOLUTELY! We have always been treated fairly and respectfully in the Service Dept, Parts, Sales & Business Office, what more can one ask for? More
