An overall great experience! I was nervous at first about buying and financing my first car at a dealership. Especially as a young female buyer you hear all of those stories where I was nervous at first about buying and financing my first car at a dealership. Especially as a young female buyer you hear all of those stories where salesmen wouldn't take you serious or talk down to you. This is not the case at Freedom Ford! I felt comfortable right from the start and felt like I was in good hands and treated very kindly. My appointment was supposed to be with James but at the time I arrived he was still busy with something else so Ron Koehler jumped in without making me wait even a minute. We took a 2013 Ford Focus SE for a test drive and I ended up buying the car the same day. Ron answered every single question I had about the car and also did it in a way I could understand all of it. He really took his time to make sure that I knew everything there was to know. I also asked Ron if there was anything we could possibly do about the price since I'm under 25 and my insurance payments are pretty high. He ended up knocking almost $300 off the price which helps me out a lot with future payments. When he took me to financing I got to deal with Anna who was just as helpful and patient with all of the things I wanted to know and explained every step we were going to do next. The only thing I got nervous about at first was that when I arrived to pick up my car a few days later it wasn't washed. The only reason for that was that there was a mix up in the days and Ron didn't know that I would be there on that day. When Ron found out that the car hasn't been washed yet he did it himself and even stood there and wiped it dry by himself. While he did that I met Wilf Gruenheidt who did my last paperwork while Ron was busy with my car. You probably won't ever meet another salesman who will just wash your car for you on his own and even wipe it dry and then another salesman just offering to do the paperwork so you don't have to sit there waiting. I'm really glad that I went to Freedom Ford and couldn't be happier with my purchase! More

I've gone to Freedom Ford to service my 2007 Focus for several years. I had been planning on getting a Taurus SHO for a while and wandered into the new car sales building to check things out. Don appr for several years. I had been planning on getting a Taurus SHO for a while and wandered into the new car sales building to check things out. Don approached me, I said I was interested in a SHO, but wasn't ready to buy yet. So he said no problem, but lets check it out for fun, which we did; there was no pressure at all to buy. I said thanks and returned a few months later, looking for Don because he was so nice, and ended up doing 2 test drives on 2 separate occasions, never feeling rushed or pressured, which I value greatly. I loved the car and was happy to buy from Don, who took excellent care of me through the entire process. He had great knowledge of the product and good communication through the entire deal and delivery. I got a good deal and his stellar service didn't end after delivery, as questions about the car came up he always had plenty of time and patients for me. A big thank you to Don for making what could have been a stressful purchase turn out to be a very fun and pleasant one.
