When I contacted them about a purchase Andre responded promptly and in the pursuant discussion answered all my questions. Both he and the sales manager were extremely flexible and I was very happy with the end result. All the paperwork was ready when I arrived to pick up the used 2014 Escape so completing the sale was very quick. The vehicle orientation took a little longer but still fairly quick and Andre was very thorough in covering all the essentials as well as answering questions. A few minor items discovered after driving the vehicle for a week were brought to Andre's attention and followed up promptly and without question. Even though I live four and a half hours away I would consider Freedom Ford again and recommend Andre to any of my friends looking for a vehicle. More

We went on two separate test drives and took almost a week to arrive at the deal. Throughout Wilf remained positive, friendly and patient. With the deal done the truck was ready as promised and the paperwork procedures was efficient and quick. Overall one of my best experiences I have had with a dealership and a salesman. In fact I will be taking my Motorhome into Freedom Ford this week for some warranty service.
