Emails are annoying It was an oil change. We dropped it off and picked it up. The service itself was fine. It’s the emails they will constantly send you to have you rate It was an oil change. This is the first time that we bought a new vehicle without actually seeing the vehicle or their seeing our trade. They then delivered the F150 and drove back the trade in vehicle.. Their not seeing our trade was likely the most difficult part as we knew that our trade in vehicle was extra clean and nice, but they did not know that until they saw it. They were surprised at how nice it is. Hoping that they will up the trade value now that they saw the car. Nice helpful people, and Ace and Sonny and Rod made the deal happen.. More

Inspection results when getting oil change/winterizing Wednesday my 2000 Focus was into the Fast Lube for winterizing/oil change. Upon inspection it was noted my muffler was "hanging by a thread", one clamp instead of four. As I live outside the city and I had no idea where to take my car to be fixed, Lisa phoned a reliable muffler firm in the area, explained the situation and even made me an appointment for the next day. I am a senior and a veteran who has been dealing with Freedom Ford for 35 years. I have always appreciated the excellent work they have done. Yesterday, one day after being at Freedom Ford, my muffler was fixed and I returned home feeling secure with the work done. More
