Our last 2 have been new Ford Edges, and previously we had a Ranger and Taurus. The latest purchase was a result of a serious accident my wife was involved in. The Edge preformed above our expectations in providing a safe enviorment for my wife in the accident. Wilf along with Ken & James took care of all our needs. The dealership may not be as loud as other dealerships, but that can be because they don't have to. They walk the talk! Wilf may not own the dealership, but in the care and integrity he demonstrates, you would think he does. These folks are the best! While towing our 5th wheel with our F250 diesel from Grande Prairie, the ubiquitous "Check Engine" light comes on and something doesn't sound right in While towing our 5th wheel with our F250 diesel from Grande Prairie, the ubiquitous "Check Engine" light comes on and something doesn't sound right in the engine. Naturally we're worried and stressed as we live in Pincher Creek and are still a long way from home. I tried four other Ford dealers in Edmonton and not one of them would even consider helping us. Freedom Ford was busy, but booked us in right away and we dropped off the truck. Roxanne called me back later to tell me that their tech had identified the problem and it was an easy enough fix, but they lacked the part and would have it by tomorrow. What a relief! To my surprise, Roxanne called back near the end of the day to say they had acquired the part and the truck was fixed! Not only that, but the whole thing was covered by warranty! Throughout the whole experience Roxanne was a simply wonderful person to work with. She took our problem to heart, was pleasant and personable, and put us at ease. You simply can't do better than Freedom Ford, these guys are the best! More
