Because we were from out of town, we couldn't see the vehicle right away, but Roman was great at giving us all the information we could and would need. When we bought the vehicle, all of the staff at Freedom Ford were very friendly and kind to our two small boys. They were also very helpful in setting up the bluetooth and all the other technologies in our new car. Tim, in financing, was very quick and efficient and didn't pressure us in purchasing "extras". It was a fairly stress free experience. We recommend Freedom Ford to anyone looking for a "new" used car. More

He was FAR from your typical schmarmy salesman who's more concerned about his payout than making the customer happy. He put us first and went out of his way to make us happy. The finance manager was excellent and very easy to deal with as well. The entire team worked together effortlessly to make our buying process simple and enjoyable. I am kind of picky on my car and I try to take it in for every little issue since it's a new car. Robyn was the first service advisor that helped me, and I always look for her since then. She is always very friendly and patient. I took my car in so many times to fix my car's jammed CD player, leaky sunroof, loose handles, fault sensor, fault keyfob and so on. Shame on Ford to have so many issues but Robyn is great with her customer. Every time I brought my car in she understood what's my concern and always get is fixed. Never seen another advisor who is more patient with her customer. If you are looking for a friendly and professional service advisor, I would recommend Robyn @ Freedom Ford for sure. BTW service manager Jason is also a nice gentleman to deal with. Don Ross from sales is nice to talk to if you are bored while waiting. Sum it up,Great job Robyn!Great job Freedom! Thanks guys! More
