Unfortunately, parts failures are sometimes a part of vehicle ownership. As a dealership, all we can do is try to get the issue handled as quickly as possible when these situations occur. In this case, the customer called us on Saturday morning with an issue with her recently purchased used car. Despite it being the New Years weekend and with a skeleton staff, we rearranged some schedules and got the customer in right away. They ended up driving away with their car fixed that same afternoon. Did the repair take a couple hours? Yes, there is no way around that. It takes a certain amount of time to do the repair. We believe this customer was given excellent service. It is very disappointing to hear our efforts to help this customer being described as "terrible service."
