I explained to Roxanne that there was an intermittent squeal of the rear brakes when cold.They were unable to duplicate the issue but still waived the inspection fee. I told him about my previous experiences, and he assured me that Freedom Ford would take care of me - every interaction I have had with them since then has backed up his statement. I ended up with my lovely (used, but new to me) Ford Escape. Thanks to Jake, I understand and am happy with the choices that I made concerning warranty, service agreements, and options.
