Terrible Service After having my vehicle that I purchased at freedom for 3 days, the fan stopped working, I had to drive my car down to service with no heat in minus 3 After having my vehicle that I purchased at freedom for 3 days, the fan stopped working, I had to drive my car down to service with no heat in minus 30. After waiting an hour to hear that it would take 45 min to fix I sat and waited for another 2 hours for them to fix the blower. After 3 hours of waiting he just sent me on my way. No apologizes, no sorry for the inconvenience, no sorry for the wait. I would expect better customer service for someone that just bought a vehicle and patiently waited 3 hours. More

I was looking for used but when I talked to Jake and told him what I wanted he suggested a new truck. I never thought I'd be able to afford a brand new vehicle and was skeptical. But he and the rest of the sales staff were able to get me into a beautiful new FX4 for my price range. It was such a pleasant and easy experience, right from the beginning. James was an absolute pleasure and got me approved and into my vehicle in no time. Everyone is so welcoming and even the salesmen that weren't selling me my truck would stop and chat and just act like human beings! (Amazing for most dealerships) We'll definitely be back when my fiancé gets rid of his Toyota and I'll be sending anyone looking for a vehicle to Jake. More

The wonderful staff at Freedom Ford (especially Jason) helped me to find an affordable used vehicle and when the car I wanted was more than I could afford they helped me make my dream car happen. I am so happy I didn't have to settle considering this is such a long term purchase. Jason was amazing! Genuine, friendly, understanding. He helped me in my time of need and really turned my horrible month into a great and exciting one! Ann in financing shined equally as bright. She arranged my payments in a way that made sense and significantly lessened the financial burden throughout my remaining four months.
