Great Experience Roxanne was wonderful. My heat went out in my 6 month old Fiesta when it was minus 30 and the dealership right near where I live told me I'd have a 3 Roxanne was wonderful. My heat went out in my 6 month old Fiesta when it was minus 30 and the dealership right near where I live told me I'd have a 3 week wait to get an appointment to get it fixed. I'm pretty sure heat is a necessity here in Edmonton. Roxanne got me in the next day Freedom Ford was open. It wasn't a quick fix so I was offered a courtesy shuttle to home, work, or wherever I needed to be for the day. The shuttle driver was also beyond nice, though I regret that I cannot remember his name. When he came to pick me up later the same day, he had not only remembered me but picked up our conversation right where it left off. Overall, it was a great experience and I'll be making the drive here for all my service needs even though I live right next to a different Ford dealership. I have rated the quality of work lower because just this afternoon, just a month after I had it dealt with, my heat/blower has once again stopped working. This is, however, a known issue with my model so I can't blame it on the staff and hope it's not because of the quality of work. I hope my next experience is just as good as I'll be phoning to get in as soon as Freedom is open on Monday. More

Jake Plots was just what I needed: although I had a general idea of what my choices were, he talked me through different options for different prices. I told him about my previous experiences, and he assured me that Freedom Ford would take care of me - every interaction I have had with them since then has backed up his statement. I ended up with my lovely (used, but new to me) Ford Escape. Thanks to Jake, I understand and am happy with the choices that I made concerning warranty, service agreements, and options.
