Erik has devote the time at the beginning of our meeting to deeply understand what type of buyers we are and what are our needs and expectation for new car. He source exact car we ask for plus few extra futures. He also has an alternative option in case first one will not do! Before he even brought pricing discution he spend great deal of time to show us a car including test drive. He was not pushy and approached us with attitude of “ let me show you best option and let’s work the numbers best we can so you can take new car home” When we approached tough negotiations he respectfully and professionally brought his menager to the picture to help us negotiate the best deal possible that we could get that he was not authorize offer to us. During the process he call us number of times to assure all was taking care and all details were looked after! This was our third vhiecle purchased with Freedom Ford and by far best experience so far! I would recommend Erik to anybody who is reluctant buyer and is looking for good professional advisor and not one time quick sale! More
TERRIBLE I only came in for a test drive and they didn't even open the car to see if I liked it. Service I purchased a used 2015 Ford Edge from Freedom Ford May 26 ;2018 When I bought it the tire on the drivers was low; they said they would fix it. Three I purchased a used 2015 Ford Edge from Freedom Ford May 26 ;2018 When I bought it the tire on the drivers was low; they said they would fix it. Three days later it went flat; so took it to Costco and they repaired it. A few weeks later the front tire on the passenger went flat; so back to Costco. Then on July 28 the rear tire on the passenger went flat; back to Costco; this time I needed a new tire. Well then I phoned Freedom Ford on July 30; 2018 and talked to the sales manager( Lawrence) he was to talk to his boss and see if they could do anything. I waited a couple of days and called him back.He had wrote my phone number down wrong... He assured me he had a tire for me. Great, so nice. As I was not sure what he meant I called my him back and he told me they where to put a tire on my vehicle on Tuesday morning. I arrived there at 8:50 A.M. and was told ( by Michael) that he was in a meeting upstairs Around 10:00 Michael checked and found that Lawrence was not in and could not be reached. About 11:00 A.M. Michael said they had a tire and would put it on for me; it would take about 1 hour. Now it is going on !:00 P.M.; Michael was surprised that did not have my vehicle and went to check on it. He stated that the installer refused to put it on as it was UNSAFE. Okay now I am appalled and angry!!! I asked for my vehicle at 1:06 they stated to me that could not find it ! I started to the back to look myself and was told that I would frustrate them. I am not frustrated!!! It took until 1:28 to get my vehicle up front. As I was leaving I was told that Lawrence had quit the day before.Freedom Ford I called the head off ice. So I waited 2 days to calm, down. When i had not heard from them I called the head office and was under the impression that I would heard back in a few days from someone. Well today II called the head office and got the brush off. More

Ali the sales rep. was really rude, didn't provide any info. about vehicle, no test ride nothing, just keep saying (my price is firm, my price is firm, my price is firm) how can you reach up to the stage finalizing the price unless you inform me anything about vehicle, one of the worst customer service I have ever received in so many years. I'm a person changes vehicle every 2 years. Really needs a large SUV for family but the way he dealt with is not professional manner. Better hire good sales rep, otherwise will loose lots of good clientele specially in this kind of economy when really few people wants to spend their money. If google allows to give negative star rating, for sure I'll go for him. More

I found one I fell in love with and contacted the information provided at the bottom of the page. I was contacted not long after by Leon Doublet via email and phone. After a week or two of back and forth trying to find a time and day that works for the both of us, keeping in mind I also work and have family, Leon became irritated and stated “sounds like you work a lot”. I was rather offended by the comment and it was as I was out with my family at the time and my privacy was never in consideration even though he asked me not to bother him when not in the office, which seems like common sense so of course I respected that. Leon backtracked his comment after I responded with telling him it was rude and uncalled for and to please respect my privacy. He continued to text and call my cell phone at any given time bothering me to not send in a form of complaint as he said he was well respected and can’t afford a bad review. After the week or two of texts and calls I thought the damage was done and I could move on. Cut to a month or so later I get a call later in the evening while out enjoying the night with my spouse at our rec centre. I was reluctant to answer because of the unknown number, surprise it’s Leon, again, calling to ask if I’ll forgive him once again and begging me not to complain about his service to his manager. Needless to say it’s been a few months and I’m still bitter about this ridiculous experience. I recently bought a new car elsewhere and I couldn’t have been happier with their service. This situation was a joke. More
