Service above expectations I went for my regular oil change and I needed to have my wind shield washer motor looked at. Finally something else was broken and Freedom didn't have I went for my regular oil change and I needed to have my wind shield washer motor looked at. Finally something else was broken and Freedom didn't have the piece in stock. Roxanne Autor set me up with a rental (no charge) and credit the hours the guys spent trying to fix the wind shield washer motor. I was SO happy and it makes me trust Freedom Ford even more. I always get above and beyond customer service from Roxanne! More
