Excellent - couldn't get any better We have a commercial fleet. We called in morning with problem, truck was picked up within 3 hours. Service above expectations I went for my regular oil change and I needed to have my wind shield washer motor looked at. Roxanne Autor set me up with a rental (no charge) and credit the hours the guys spent trying to fix the wind shield washer motor. I was SO happy and it makes me trust Freedom Ford even more. Routine oil change Brought my SUV in for a regular oil change and they put in the wrong oil. I purchased the service plan when I bought the vehicle and that included fre Brought my SUV in for a regular oil change and they put in the wrong oil. I purchased the service plan when I bought the vehicle and that included free iol changes if I used the regular oil, but I switched to all synthetic oil which means I would have to pay $135 dollars to get that put in from the dealership. I elect to purchase the synthetic oil myself and the dealership would use the oil I purchase. That said and done I noticed after the oil change the dealership did not use the synthetic oil I purchased . The dealer rep. was very kind and helpful as always and she asked if I could wait while they drained the oil and put in the synthetic oil. I was not able to wait because of pryor commitments and told the service rep I would have to schedule another appointment later. This has not deterred me from coming to this dealership, it was an honest mistake, they have always been very courteous and helpful every time I use their service. More

From the sales personnel to the service writers, the parts personnel, the mechanics and last but not least the Express Lane team I have never been disappointed with the quality of their work , the time required or the final cost, they have exceeded my expectations and I have recommended this dealership and its team to my friends and colleagues .
