She answered all of questions and concerns in a professional manner and her product knowledge of my F150 was excellent. She even recommended something to me, something that I didn't even think about. She and all of staff are very personable in a professional manner. 10 out of 10!!! More

Exceptionally accomodating I Phoned in for an appt. for a loud noise during downshifting on my truck, they fit me in at my earliest convenience, and being from out of town, I wa I Phoned in for an appt. for a loud noise during downshifting on my truck, they fit me in at my earliest convenience, and being from out of town, I was delayed getting there until 2 hours later. They did not even question me about it, and fit me in right away and finished all within an hour and a half. There are Ford dealerships locally more convenient to me, but this just proves that I will still drive an hour and a half one way, to receive the same wonderful service that I received. Thank-you...
