I have dealt with Freedom Ford since 1985 Simply, they earned my trust. I started buying parts at (West town Ford) in 1974 and I have had no need to go else where. Used to be Superb; now Average I have been a Freedom Ford customer for about 20 years. Until the last few years the service was prompt, friendly and efficient. Although after my recent oil change which I had done when "10% Oil Life" displayed on the dash it now has 5% and 4% showing. My guess is someone forgot to reset the master reset. I have emailed Lisa about asking what next? Small inconveniences like this have been occurring almost each time I take my vehicle in. Asked for my battery to be checked which was done and I made an appointment to have a replacement installed. I then discovered the AMA sells and replaces batteries at the member's residence. I cancelled the dealership appointment. Lisa did follow-up on why I had done that. I explained about the AMA which cost me $80 less than the dealership price. There have been times in the past year when I've felt 'talked down to' when I've asked a question in order to understand why something needs to be done. Almost a 'I think you should have it done therefore it should be done. Why are you asking?' attitude. I do get an answer, so that's not the issue; it's the attitude. This dealership was nothing but exemplary when it came to us finding a vehicle that would fit our needs not only financially as well as vehicle wise. We are not people who tend to write reviews but our recent experience should not be left unheard. When we originally went in, we Dealt with Andre as he is an old friend/co-worker from years prior. He had a list of used vehicles that he wanted us to see that he thought we may like. He had Ron K. Help us with road testing and questions. Then we seen Ann-Mary in finance who advised us that there could be concerns but she would do her best and if we couldn't do what we wanted she would tell us what they could do. Our ultimate goal was to lower our payment. In the end we left with a new Vehicle, payments almost in 1/2 and only an extra 1 1/2 years of payments. My main comment is they wanted to know how they could get us what we wanted and needed for ourselves the whole time in dealing with them. Their advice and recommendations were at all times about us and not about anything regarding their products. More

Freedom ford's service may have been good enough to win me back as a Ford customer after my faith in Ford was completely lost from dealing with Heartland, where I refuse to return. More
