I had called ahead and spoke with Ryan, who was very friendly, extremely helpful and knew the Charger inside and out. There wasn't a question that he could not answer. When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted by Ryan and a very lovely lady who introduced herself as Kim. It was such a pleasure to meet Kim, so much positive energy, very friendly, charming, professional with an awesome sense of humor, open and honest. Kim made me geel right at home the minute I met her and made the entire purchsding experience fantastic! It was a pleasure meeting Ryan, he had the Charger ready for the test drive. It was immaculate inside and out. We had a great test drive, Ryan answered every question that I had about the Charger, and we some good laughs along the way. During the negotiating process, both Ryan and Kim worked like crazy to meet my financing needs in a very fair, clear and concise manner, and were able to provide me with an amazing trade in value for my vehicle. They provided financing that met my needs perfectly. During this wonderful buying experience I also had the pleasure of meeting a besutiful lady by the name of Kaleena. Super friendly, and made the paperwork and banking process so easy. Her incredible whacky sense of humor had me almost in tears the entire time! Out of all of the dealerships that I have ever dealt with, do any come close to being as friendly, helpful, honest, genuine, caring, and just plain amazing as Fiat of Maple Ridge. Buying a car can be a very stressful experience especially if you already know what you want and were having issues with a previous dealership that wouldn’t negotiate on price. After the experience I had at a previous dealership, I went to Fiat Maple Ridge and found myself dealing with two fully engaged staff (Lydell & Kaleena). These two ladies were able to make my purchase a happy experience in a relaxed environment. I was able to get the car the I was looking for in the time frame and price I wanted considering it was coming from another province. They also had a surprise for me that made my day when it arrived on the lot which was the rims I wanted on the car that weren’t previously available :-). During the purchase of the vehicle these two ladies made me feel important with no typical car dealership sales pressure and gave great customer service. It was about getting me what I wanted for the right price without sacrificing the colour options, stereo system and moon roof. We even hit it off with the same sense of humor which we ended up having a few good laughs during this whole experience. I would highly recommend if you are looking at buying a Fiat, to go to Fiat Maple Ridge and ask for Lydell (Fiat Specialist) & Kaleena (Assistant Manager).
