Trade In & Purchase I first spoke with Erica in the Service Dept about the Wrangler Sport Unlimited. Told her I was thinking of trading it in for a Cherokee Trailhawk. Sh I first spoke with Erica in the Service Dept about the Wrangler Sport Unlimited. Told her I was thinking of trading it in for a Cherokee Trailhawk. She said she would get a manager to contact me. That day, I got a call from Andrew Scott, who was very personable and great to work with. Referring me to Colleen Harnack, we took the Cherokee for a test drive (a long one!) then sat with her to complete the trade in of 2015 Wrangler and purchase of 2015 Cherokee Trailhawk. The best thing about this dealership is that both Drew and Colleen were very open to discussing pricing and understanding what I was looking for. Also, working with Nicole Whiting in Finance was a quick and easy discussion. I am happy that I went to Fraser Chrysler as it was a true collaboration to make sure it was a win-win for all of us.
