Many of them wouldn’t give him the time or day. They wouldn’t let him test drive vehicles, he was told that the trucks were too expensive or to come back with his parents. I just recently bought a Ram 1500 and a couple months later a Grand Cherokee Brett’s customer service and knowledge makes buying a car stress free. He doesn’t rush you or pressure you and he makes sure you are 100% satisfied. I have walked into other dealerships and the atmosphere is just not the same as it is at Fraser Dodge. She never gave up on us, nor did she get sick of us 😂. She was an awesome help throughout the entire time being this was my first vehicle getting at a dealership and I was new to the experience. If it weren’t for Colleen I probably would have given up and bought another lemon months ago. Thanks to her I’m on my way to fixing my credit and have a nicer car now for me and my big baby. Thank You so much Colleen you were truly a blessing we love you 😘 and Chevy will be by to see you soon I was extremely disappointed with the overall experience I received from management and from Mack in finance. The only person I was happy with was the sales lady Colleen she was the only one who was always honest and gave me answers. Every time I had an issue I would try and speak with Mack or a manager and I would then be lied to about what is going on with my sale. Not getting to test drive a vehicle I will be paying a lot of money for is a big deal but when people are lying to you saying you can’t test drive because it needs a safety let’s be honest who in their right mind is going to believe that? Also the sales manager spoke with me on the phone and tried to threaten me by saying we call deal with this the easy way or the hard way, I can do it the hard way since they aren’t wanting to try and work with me and fix the car. To top it off the service manager doesn’t want to fix the problems with the vehicle he tries to blow it off and says it’s me doing it, I have had 2 other people in the car and they had the same thing happen next lie please. I honestly feel all management needed to get that car out of the dealership and knew I needed a car so they tried to pull a fast one on me. More
