We were not told when making the appointment and at the time of the drop-off about the fee. Employees in Service and Sales are very sketchy and dishonest, felt very uncomfortable - when purchasing the vehicle they mysteriously lost a portion of our cash deposit and wanted more money - WARNING - STAY AWAY FROM PURCHASING OR SERVICING A VEHICLE HERE. More

Service department is great and very helpful! Every single time when I had an issue with my Dodge Promaster service department went over beyond expectations. Emmanuel is great to deal with I bought my 2014 Jeep Wrangler in late 2013. I have dealt with a couple great service people and a few that seem to be trying to get more money out of I bought my 2014 Jeep Wrangler in late 2013. I have dealt with a couple great service people and a few that seem to be trying to get more money out of me even though my vehicle has been under warranty. Fortunately recently I’ve been dealing with Emmanuel who is great. He did the best he could on my 100K maintenance with pricing which was much appreciated. He also got my brake booster changed (common squeak with Jeeps) under warranty instead of trying to wait me out. I was also very happy he took time himself to diagnose a wind/tire noise that I told him about. Loyalty to a dealership is all about service and backing up an expensive product. Based on dealing with Emmanuel I will be back at Destination. Thank you! More

I have never left anything less than a 5 star review on Google and usually chalk bad experiences up as a bad day but the service at this dealership was BEYOND TERRIBLE. I brought my Jeep in to find out if a noise coming from the brake area was under warranty and was quoted on the spot for a brake job by the Service Manager without him even looking at my Jeep. He asked me if I was prepared to spend $500 on new brakes today if that was the issue and I told him I wasn't going to make any decisions until we figured out if it was a warranty issue. Sure enough it wasn't and they charged me for their time looking at the Jeep because I wouldn't spend $700 for the overpriced brake pad install. When they called to quote me the job I said I would hold off and come get my Jeep. When I arrived at the dealership, they did not wash my Jeep (supposed to be standard when bringing it in - every Jeep dealer I have been to besides this one has) and had it boxed in between cars. I asked why they didnt clean my Wrangler and the attendant said they were short staffed despite a car being washed right out back as I waited for mine to be unboxed. It took over 30 minutes to get my car and they treated me like absolute garbage until the very end. The most humiliating part of the whole ordeal was watching and hearing the service manager talk to the techs about what an idiot I was while I was still waiting for my Wrangler in the reception area. Service manager said to go back to where I bought the car if I wasn't happy. THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU SERVICE OR BUY HERE. Google the reviews of all the local Jeep/Dodge dealerships before you buy or service. This dealership has the lowest ratings out of Langley, Abottsford, and Maple Ridge. Only reason I came here was because I recently moved to Deep Cove. Lastly, you do not need to have your vehicle serviced at the dealership to keep your warranty. Brought my Jeep to an independent shop (AutoVet) and was quoted a 1/4 of the price. Have been bringing my BMW there for years with no issues. More

They wanted to rotate tires and do some fluid top ups etc...for $270...ya NO. Had a few other issues i wanted looked at. Computer needed update as it was freezing. Apperantly this is my iphones fault and it doesnt need an update...Great glad my phone doesnt work with uconnect. Had a bolt fall out from rear windshield wiper asked for it to be put back- not done. Ask for tires to be check for air pressure - not done. So all i got was the oil change and i was charged more because i didnt buy the jeep there...in short i will NEVER go back. More
