Absolutely perfect! I bought my first brand new car from Formula Honda just earlier this month. Nicky was my representative there and he genuinely helped me in making the right decision as to whether I should buy a brand new or slightly used model. I finally bought a brand new 2017 Civic Touring and it is the best thing on earth! Nicky is a great representative to have ... very calm and friendly service; didn't pressure me for anything and gave the right advice. I would highly recommend a friend to go to Formual Honda and ask for Nicky for their next car purchase! More

Loose wheel nuts On May 5th I took my Honda to Formula Honda for a B service. About a month later while driving the 401, I felt a shimmy in the front left of the car. On May 5th I took my Honda to Formula Honda for a B service. About a month later while driving the 401, I felt a shimmy in the front left of the car. I thought I"d thrown a wheel balance weight or had broken a steel belt on a tire. I immediately went to Markham Honda to have it checked out. They found that the left front wheel nuts were only finger tight. You could rock the whell back and forth quite easily. This could have caused a disasterous crash at high speed on the highway. I went in to see the General Service Manager who gave me apologies but that's about all I got. They are very lucky we didn't get seriously injured due to this. More

Worst service ever I have battery issues in my 2015 Civic Si. It's under the 2 year warranty. Iv called roadside assistance 7 times now but Honda refuses to believe th I have battery issues in my 2015 Civic Si. It's under the 2 year warranty. I will never buy a Honda ever again, they are very nice when they want your money for extended warranty, but don't follow through. More

Warranty service I bought a HONDA pilot brand new vehicle from Formula Honda, Scarborough. From Day one I getting problems with vehicle. In one month I went FOUR Tim I bought a HONDA pilot brand new vehicle from Formula Honda, Scarborough. From Day one I getting problems with vehicle. In one month I went FOUR Times to the showroom on the same complaint. Every time they said, Its done. On the next day I have the same problems. It a an Audio / Voice activation problems. They are asking the proof for the problem. So I have to take a video while driving on highways @ 100 KM speed to show as proof . The service team is playing games with my life. Still the problems is not resolved. My sincere advice, please do not think about "Formula Honda" These guys are showing more interest in selling the accessories like extended warranty / rust proof etc etc. More

IMMORAL HONDA DEALER We were planning to go Formula Honda to trade in my old Honda to a new one. I called my previous salesman, but he was no longer work there since June We were planning to go Formula Honda to trade in my old Honda to a new one. This Formula store is still posting that resigned sales picture and name in their web page as employee, in order to take advantage from the salesman and Richmond Hill Honda store. False diagnostics of A/C Had my 2002 CR-V refurbished to my satisfaction, however my a/c was not working, was told I need an air compressor, installed cost approx $1500.00, to Had my 2002 CR-V refurbished to my satisfaction, however my a/c was not working, was told I need an air compressor, installed cost approx $1500.00, took it to a small garage, who found that the system had 2 leaks, fixed for $140.00!!!! My friends always told me to stay away from Dealers for repairs, I now believe them and will be hesitant to return. Charles More
