I got into my Toyota Prius at home, and when I pressed the power button, everything on the dashboard flashed and vibrated. After a few tries, I realized that I was going nowhere in that car; the battery was dead. I have driven their hybrids for 13 years and never had a problem. The rest of the day was an almost constant phone discussion with either Toyota or CAA. Their advice, concern, and action was a model that could not be bettered. It was a long, complicated plan to get me home in another town, and to get my car to Toyota for service. But both companies were so patient and well organized that my worries, especially staying in the car for the night, with no heater, lights, food, or water, were soon taken care of. I thank the ladies who answered and directed my calls, the Service Department, especially Heather and Jesse, whose time was more than generous, and the 3 CAA drivers who boosted and towed until the problem was solved. I have always had good service with Forbes Waterloo Toyota, but this was outstanding.
