Great Customer Service I had issues with the service center and the guy who called me, named (Jeff) was not nice at all didn't care about Forbes Toyota rating and was bent o I had issues with the service center and the guy who called me, named (Jeff) was not nice at all didn't care about Forbes Toyota rating and was bent on charging me unnecessarily for a job that they didn't do (service center). I went to Kevin spoke to and he put a smile on my face by taking up the bills I was impressed and happy. He also apologized to me for the behavior of this guy named Jeff. Kevin is so kind and flexible unless its impossible for him to bend, himself and his team (Calvin Strong)are very easy people to work with. The best.. Waterloo Forbes Toyota’s service is exceptional : We are repeat customers with Waterloo Forbes Toyota and recently purchased a used Lexus from them. Though it didn't show any signs during the test dri We are repeat customers with Waterloo Forbes Toyota and recently purchased a used Lexus from them. Though it didn't show any signs during the test drive, problems cropped up later that week after we had purchased the vehicle. It would vibrate intermittently when the engine was strained lightly. Naturally, we took the vehicle back to Forbes, all the while expecting some kind of excuses from the dealership to avoid fixing it. To our surprise, they immediately attended to the issue, sending the vehicle to Hefner Lexus to diagnose the problem. When they found out it was a transmission issue, they promptly replaced it with a new one. The following week, we had a problem with the cooling system. Once again, Forbes promptly worked on the issue and the radiator was replaced. There were no hassles along the way and the vehicle is now running fine. Consider the cost to us if Forbes Toyota had not stepped up to the plate. The repair and the labour cost ~15k. We paid 0 dollars for the repairs. Our heartfelt thanks goes out to the management and employees with special thanks to Mike, the service manager and Crystal the service representative. Waterloo Forbes Toyota’s service department is exceptional and nobody compares in Canada. We highly recommend Forbes Toyota to any potential car buyers. More

Worst experience ever, DO NOT GO HERE!! I found him unwilling to negotiate, condescending, rude, and during the conversation he became belligerent swearing at me. I would NOT recommend anyone use this dealership. There are others willing to earn your business. More
