Worst Dealership Experience Ever After owning my 2016 Sierra for almost 3 weeks, I was the victim of a T-bone accident in Kitchener. Having bought my truck outside of Kitchener/Waterl After owning my 2016 Sierra for almost 3 weeks, I was the victim of a T-bone accident in Kitchener. Having bought my truck outside of Kitchener/Waterloo, the tow truck drivers recommended Forbes to repair my vehicle. I agreed. After 7-8 days of my truck being there, they called me saying it was ready. I arrived to see the side of my box was fixed nicely, as well as my rim and tire. My running board however didn't receive the same quality of work. I pointed this out and they said "The collision center is closed, bring it back any time and we will fix it. It should only take 15-20 minutes." I brought the truck back 2 days later (on a Friday) and they asked me to come back later or Monday. After I told them no, they "fixed" my truck. The guy who was laying under my truck was the same guy who drove my truck back out front. So I had the double surprise of my clean interior now covered in dirt, and my running board still not fixed. Paul (assistant manager) told me that I "must've bought my truck like that". After arguing they agreed to fix it again and that I would bring it back Monday and drop it off. I went home and removed my tonneau cover to clean up my items that got tossed around from the accident, and upon removing the tonneau cover, I found that the person(s) who worked on my truck, scratched the paint in 2 spots that the tonneau cover sits on top of. So they scratched my paint and tried to hide it. I emailed them and told them it needs to be fixed when I drop it off Monday. Wednesday comes around and I get the call that my truck is ready (again). I go to Forbes to see my running board is finally fixed! Hooray! But then I removed my tonneau cover to check the paint spots. They fixed one of the scratches but not the other. The scratches are within an inch of each other. After explaining to them that my truck still isn't fixed, they wanted me to leave it another day or bring it back A THIRD TIME, meaning a total of 4 trips to Forbes. I declined and said that I would have another dealership fix the paint as I don't have time to play games with Forbes. I will never in my life time return to this place. More
