I booked through fish creek Nissan website at least a week in advance of my appointment. During my booking, I booked all the services I wanted including the new tires quote I had on my file. I left a m week in advance of my appointment. During my booking, I booked all the services I wanted including the new tires quote I had on my file. I left a message in the comments section about the tires even as I wanted to change to an all weather tire. I got no phone call or confirmation of booking. When I showed up to my appointment, it’s like they hadn’t even read the booking as I needed to remind them everything I’d booked for. The online quote was also $600 less than what they ended up billing me because the “tires I was quoted on were never ordered in and all we have are these other ones” so my options were pay the difference or leave and come back some other time. The service person I spoke to also misquoted the work 4 times during the length of my 5 hour appointment. And when they finally finished “oh I forgot to include the labour for this, so it’s actually $150 more again” More
