My wife and I had visited other dealer ships and felt that our presents there was more of a intrusion than a experience. This was not the case at the Finch Hyundai dealership, we where greeted by Baldo that our presents there was more of a intrusion than a experience. This was not the case at the Finch Hyundai dealership, we where greeted by Baldo Romeo who immediately made us feel welcome and displayed interest in exactly what our mission was and that was to purchase a new vehicle. Baldo took us under his wing and ensured that our every request was meet and that we where provided with the best service that was available offer by the dealership; he introduced us to the managers, maintenance personnel and provided a tour of the maintenance bays. When it came down to making the deal for the new vehicle Baldo offered and came through with the best deal in our interest and gave the deal he promised. The day we picked up the new vehicle Baldo took the time to walk me through it step by step and offered his assistance for future references in case I forgot some of the instructions, also the vehicle was ready to go on time and was in perfect condition, cleaned, gassed up and felt comfortable. My experience at Finch Hyundai was great, my experience with Baldo was even better he treated both my wife and I with respect and displayed a desire to ensure that we drove away with total satisfaction.
