He did not push me to buy or accept anything I was not comfortable with, he gave me the advice, knowledge, answers and help I needed in making my experience perfect. In the end, I bought myself a new car. Craig made sure I was absolutely satisfied as a customer when it came to prices, deals, showing me how the car works, and ensuring I was satisfied with my (massive) purchase. I sent an inquiry about a slightly used CTS-V late on Saturday night thinking i might get a response on Monday.
