The purchase began through online chat when I asked if they had the vehicle I was looking for in stock. They replied promptly with three options. I asked if I could test drive and that I would be there in half an hour. They had the brand new vehicle in the color I was interested in actually warming up outside reception when I arrived 40 minutes later. It had most of the protective film still on the car. Within a few minutes I was taken for a drive while they inspected my trade-in. Yuda was wonderful to deal with. Even the negotiating went smoothly and quickly and I felt that I was given a fair deal for my trade-in (better than the dealer where I bought and serviced my previous car since new). The car I test drove was the car I bought. Never had this kind of amazing experience at a dealership! Never have I experienced such good service and professionalism. I never felt pushed. I just felt they wanted to help me in any way they could. More

Have serviced here over the years and while waiting for my car, time and time again I witness disrespect, demeaning comments, and straight out bullying coming from the sales manager to the sales people and receptionists. It is disgusting. It is always the same sales manager. Finally, the last time I was in for service and waiting for my car I decided I have seen enough. I will not give my money to a company where this type of constant treatment (over the last 3+ years) of employees or behaviour is acceptable. More

Continued great service I dropped into the dealership to find out why the engine warning light was staying on. They took the vehicle in immediately to diagnose the problem. It turned out to be the tank heater associated with the urea system in the TDI. This was the Friday before a long weekend and I was planning a lengthy road trip, leaving the following Tuesday night. They booked the vehicle in for service on Tuesday morning and had the problem rectified by noon. As usual, the car was returned fixed and clean. More
