I had a scheduled appointment and got my days mixed up (my bad). They rescheduled for the following day. I was getting my tires swapped and they found a nail in my tire. They promptly informed me and ord (my bad). They rescheduled for the following day. I was getting my tires swapped and they found a nail in my tire. They promptly informed me and ordered replacement (could not be repaired). Then I had to leave overnight so they ordered me an Uber ride. I was dealing with Grace Puzo. She was very professional and handled everything beautifully…and with a smile 😀 More

I have taken my vehicle 3 times for the same problem. Less than 2 months later the same problem plus others show up. I paid my bill in full each time. Now it's time that the dealership takes some respons Less than 2 months later the same problem plus others show up. I paid my bill in full each time. Now it's time that the dealership takes some responsibility for these recurring and extended issues to fix my vehicle at no cost to me. I have been patient with this losing effort. Each fix doesn't last long plus others crop up. I am beginning to think that I am being shafted. Not happy, might have to engage the public if I don't get this solved. More
