I contacted John after my VW Tiguan broke down with a failed engine. This happened while I was recovering from surgery. John offered to drive to the VW dealer and appraise it. John even paid more than the VW dealer offered. The entire deal was arranged by phone due to my recovery and John abided by his word and nothing changed when I picked up the car. John even had me picked up from my house for delivery. Great work John!!! More

Noise after replacement parts/ service I left my car earlier today to have parts replaced. There was no noise from the engine when dropped the car off. Yet when I picked the car there was I left my car earlier today to have parts replaced. There was no noise from the engine when dropped the car off. Yet when I picked the car there was noise. I noticed the receipt indicated 'noise from exhaust manifold area (leaking). There was absolutely no noise when I drove the car in the off. I am not happy. I hope to get this corrected. More
