Great used truck purchase experience. I was looking for a used truck with a limited budget, I saw an ad for the used F-150 I ended up purchasing from Fairview. I live over an hour away bu I was looking for a used truck with a limited budget, I saw an ad for the used F-150 I ended up purchasing from Fairview. I live over an hour away but it was worth the drive. The truck was a fair deal in the beginning but after they sent it for touch ups and detailing it was even better. They exceeded my expectations in preparing the vehicle and were genuinely concerned with making the vehicle as nice as possible for me prior to delivery. Everybody I spoke with was friendly and helpful and I never felt like I was unimportant even though I was buying a cheaper used vehicle. To show how helpful they are Sonia voluntarily came in on her day off to finish the delivery of the truck to me since my availability was limited to one day a week. John the sales manager worked with Sonia and third party vendors to ensure that my truck was brought up to a standard that would ensure Fairview looked good, which in turn gave me a good looking truck for a good price .Who wouldn't be happy with that sort of extra effort? :-) More
