My contact there was Vivian Szatmari the sales person who listened to me attentively to my wants and needs. I did all my shopping on the telephone and the deal was done. I purchased a brand new 2015 Ford F150 pickup in one telephone call and within few days of liaising with Erinwood Ford's Vivian. No price haggling, no false delivery date promises all was done as promised. Vivian was well versed with the Ford pickups and was more than professional. The next part of the equation was I took advantage of the Ford interest free financing the Financial Manager Ms. Robyn Barrett made the paper work and the process easy for me. We sent an email through the website and received a speedy response from Habib. He introduced himself and gave us some information on the vehicle that we were inquiring about. Habib and I communicated through email and text a couple of times before we agreed to visit the dealership. As we arrived at the dealership and introduced ourselves to Habib, he gave us his full attention and treated us like family. He always had a smile on his face and was very accommodating when answering our questions regarding a number of vehicles. When we picked up our vehicle, Habib took his time explaining the features of the vehicle and how everything works etc. We are very happy with our chosen vehicle and we will look to referring our friends and family to Habib at Erinwood. I I recently purchased a 2015 Ford Edge Titanium from Erinwood Ford. It is the second Ford Edge I purchased there as I bought a 2011 Edge 4 years ago. I went back for several reasons. Since owning my first Edge, I received nothing but the best service and maintenance from your Service Department. Everyone was very hospitable and accommodating and I never had to wait more than the allotted time ever for anything being done to my vehicle. I also really enjoyed driving my Edge as I put on almost 173,000 km in just under 4 years of driving without any issues or concerns. The main reason other than really enjoying the car was the fact that I really enjoyed the experience of working with the sales rep, Vivian Szatmari, who was friendly, knowledgeable and more than willing to make the overall purchase one that was both positive and enjoyable. She is someone I would send to for the purchase of a Ford anytime and I will buy from her again if or when the time comes to buy another car.
