He is not suppose to keep personal information according to Privacy Laws such as DOB. I should taking this up with Ontario's Privacy Commissioner or Toyota Head Office. More

This was my 8th time buying/leasing experience of I just leased and picked up a 2016 Toyota Highlander XLE from Erin Park Toyota dealer this morning. This was my 8th time buying/leasing experience of various models and makers. This was simply the best experience ever and far exceeding my expectations. My wife and I went there a couple of days ago to buy back our leased vehicle, 2012 Highlander. Dane showed us a few options to choose from. I never thought I could get this kind of pricing. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and honest. He gave us all the information and guided us to pick the best option. Never felt any pressure. I am also quite surprised that I picked up the car less than 48 hours. All my visit was pleasant. Thank you, Dane Jeong. All my referrals are going to you from now on. I was immediately greeted by Duke Lam. Duke was pleasant, straight forward and great to deal with. I knew what I wanted when I showed up there, and Duke did not try to sway me. Terrible customer service I had to get my Toyota serviced at 48,000 kms. I have brought my previous cars from this dealership and have not had any issues. However, this particu I had to get my Toyota serviced at 48,000 kms. I have brought my previous cars from this dealership and have not had any issues. However, this particular car was not bought from this dealership. The customer service I had to experience was terrible to say the least. They provided me with an estimate for the job that needed to be done. When I picked up the car, it was the exact job that was done however the price was different. It was different by a small amount, but nevertheless when the price quoted and the price charged don't match, the customer is bound to ask questions. When asked, I was bluntly told that the price quoted was an estimate. I would have bought that argument if the work that was performed was different from the work that was quoted. When both the things are exactly the same, then why the price difference. It is not a question about the amount involved, it is the principle of the matter. Also much to my surprise, the car was not even washed. On enquiring about that, I was told that there was no car wash at the dealership. That is something I find extremely difficult to comprehend. The only reason I have to use this dealership is convenience. It is on my way to work and I can drop off the car and then pick it up later. But now I am going to be thinking twice before I want to deal with the people at this dealership. The staff seems to have a very callous attitude and are not really interested in going that extra mile to keep a customer. More
